2. How will we communicate?

3. How is the project scoped and priced?
A clear scope document protects both sides. Understand what is included, and how changes are handled.
4. Who owns the code?
Make sure the contract states that you own the source code and have access to the repositories.
5. What happens after launch?
Apps need updates, fixes and improvements. Ask about maintenance and support options before you start.
